This is my version of a “Cheesecake”. The Peanut Butter Banana Pie is a “No-Bake” recipe and can be whipped up in minutes. This recipe uses simple ingredients and can be customized easily.

Peanut Butter Banana Pie

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter (I like to use Crunchy Peanut Butter)
  • 4 Bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

Crust Ingredients: *Note: This is the same fudge used in the Peanut Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Bars.

  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (I use Carob Chips)
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter


  • Start with melting the Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter together in a small sauce pan and pour into a greased dish of your choice. (I use a cake pan)
  • Mix all of the filling ingredients in a blender until light and fluffy. Pour over crust and place in freezer for about 15 – 30 minutes.

Voila! Serve frozen or allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
