No need to hit up Tim’s or any of those other chains who won’t be named. Make your own high quality Iced Latte to enjoy in the sun on the patio of your own home! Did I mention this one contains zero sugar or other junk? Perfect for anyone taking control of their health! Made with a cold brew coffee, delicious and stimulating.

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Serves: Build to suit.

Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • Cold-brew coffee
  • Coconut milk (The kind in a carton or can, not the drinkable milk replacement)
  • Natural vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Fill a blender cup or jug 2/3 with ice.
  • Cover ice with coffee.
  • Add 1/5 – 1/4 as much coconut milk as coffee.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract per 2 cups in blender (So a full 8 cup jug would require 4 tsp)
  • Blend until smooth

This recipe is more traditional. As such this is not sweetened. Feel free to add a natural sweetener of your choice to taste if unsweetened is not your thing. Serve with or without a straw. Now that all the hard work is done, kick back and enjoy your Iced Latte… you deserve it!
